Position Type: Part time/Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic and hard working team. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content across all our social media platforms, enhancing our presence online, and building strong online communities through our various social media platforms.
The Social Media Specialist will be required to develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more audience and build the presence of the organization on social media, ensuring high levels of web traffic and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

● In collaboration with the Office Manager, develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.

● Define most important social media KPIs.
● Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
● Manage and oversee social media content.
● Measure the success of every social media campaign.
● Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
● Use social media marketing tools.
● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
● Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
● Communicate with journalists, editors and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
● Provide constructive feedback.
● Assist in building social media content for events.

Qualifications:

● Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.

● Excellent in developing social media content such as social media graphics, videos and presentations

● Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

● Knowledge of web design, web publishing, SEO, and web traffic metrics.
● Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
● Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Preferred Skills:

● Graphic design experience.
● Basic video editing skills.
● Familiarity with Google Analytics.
● Experience with social media advertising platforms.
